· Inspection and Acceptance: Once the buyer or their authorized agent takes possession of the vehicle, no allowances will be made for any defects or damage. It is the responsibility of the buyer or his agent to thoroughly inspect and accept the vehicle in its current state.

· “As Is” in current condition with “No Warranty”: Please be aware that all vehicles are sold “As Is” with absolutely no warranty. Buyers should understand that they are acquiring the vehicle in its current condition.

· No Legal Recourse: Buyers acknowledge that there will be no legal recourse available to them should they discover any defects in the vehicle after it has been picked up.

· Ask Questions Before Bidding: To ensure you have a clear understanding of the vehicle’s condition, we strongly recommend that buyers ask any questions they may have about an item before placing a bid.
