My traveling days have ended. Prior to realizing I’m getting too old to travel I spent thousands getting this RV and Jeep
ready for another fun summer. Within the last 300 miles, 6 months I had Freightliner of Houston change all filters
and fluids and fully check out the chassis. They replaced 2 air bags, replaced
the main motor fault computer and updated the Allison transmission programming. I had
an Onan dealer completely go through the 8kw generator they took it completely apart and rebuilt what needed to make it dependable, I had Texas RV and Car Care do a full inspection and fix the main
issues with the largest being installing a brand new 2026 AquaHot Hydronic heater
that includes a 1yr transferable warranty. Aquahot supplies hot water for
showering and comfortable floor heat in winter.

This RV was garage kept for the first half of it’s life. It is prepped and read for you to hit the road.

Personally taken care of this RV and Jeep are in truly good shape. When buying used that matters, 

RV and Jeep combo have fresh oil and full fuel.

Two quality 12v start batteries 2025 and 4 – 6v house
batteries new 2026.

2025. Grill, headlights and taillights upgraded 2025. Professional 3” lift

No error codes. Old errors were professionally addressed.
This jeep has an installed BlueOx trailering system perfectly matched to this
Tuscany.

Upgrades and Addons

Lorex 4K NVR Ultra HD 4 channel security camera system with
32” LG monitor. Both the Lorex and LG monitor are wired directly to the 12v
batteries. While driving it delivers more safety information than mirrors
alone. While parked you have 24/7 recording of the entire exterior. The 12v
batteries are maintained with the added Noco Genius 2 bank charger.

This RV has a rear bathroom steam shower. It is a powerful,
therapeutic and relaxing full room steam sauna.

This RV has a small house, high efficiency, metered Water
Softener installed inside the RV along with a large 6yr AO Smith carbon
filtration tank purchased 2024. This delivers clean soft water throughout the
RV.

Under the kitchen sink is a tankless Brio Reverse Osmosis
unit that delivers purified RO water for consumption. The second kitchen sink faucet
delivers highly filtered water for washing vegetables.

The stock leather seating is in very good shape. One sofa
was replaced with 3 seat reclining theater seats directly across from a 49”
Samsung QLED Q6 with matching Samsung Q6 5.1 full surround sound system.

LED strip lighting offers many additional attractive
lighting options. Most cabinets have rechargeable motion lighting added.

The original microwave was replaced with a quality Galanz
Convection microwave oven.

This RV has an automatic locating Dish Network roof antenna
with Wally receiver.

All 3 original roof fans have been upgraded. All 3 are 10”
blades with automatic opening and remote controls. All have air in, air out and
auto close.

TireTracker TT-500 tire monitor system with 6 active
monitors.

The Hobie Pro Angler 14 Kayak shown in the 1st picture is

spare Water Pump, Freon for the cab AC, battery powered air pump, touchup paint
and fuel can.
